Dear guests of Kamaria Villas,
Our adventure here began in the year 2000. The land was purchased, we waited for permits, and finally, the villas were built and furnished. In 2003, we welcomed our first guests. Now it’s 2025, and we have decided that this will be our final season.
The Kamaria Villas adventure comes to an end after 25 years. We will remain the owners and will likely sell a few houses or rent them out on a yearly basis in the future.
We will take some time to reflect on that. However, short-term rentals will no longer be possible.
We would like to thank our guests for 23 years of wonderful memories.
We wouldn’t have wanted to miss it for the world.

KAMARIA VILLAS ON THE SOUTH-WEST COAST OF GREECE
Paradise does exist , in fact it is located in the most south-westerly point of the Peloponnesus in Greece, and it is called Kamaria Villas.
Kamaria Villas is nestled between the olive trees less than 400 meters from the Ionian Sea. The villas have a fabulous view over the cobalt blue sea and small islands in front of the coast and is located in the hills nearby the hamlet of Kamaria.

Kamaria Villas is made up out of 6 holiday villas built on a 15,000 sq. meter
property. Each villa is on its own ground of about 1,000 sq. meter with a large south facing terrace. Each villa enjoys magnificent views over the sea and offers much privacy and calm.

We were in villa 1 which had a very quiet and peaceful location and the villa offered every possible amenity. Even washing powder and dishwasher tablets were provided. Only toilet paper had to be bought in the nearby supermarket once the initial supply had ran out ! The surrounding area was quiet and relaxed with typical Greek villages and tavernas nearby. Further up the hill following the country lane was a small Greek family owned taverna where they served simple but good traditional Greek food. All in all, an excellent accommodation to which we will certainly return in the future.
Just returned to Holland and already longing to return to Greece.
This villa is in one word fantastic. Everything well maintained and being cared for in every detail. The grounds are a feast for the eye. No noise, just the sound of the crickets. Please keep it that way. We were there just prior to the high-season. Beaches are wonderfully nearby. In short, a truly super holiday. Thank you Host and Hostess.
This was the first time for us with our 2 children age 6 and 8 in the Peloponnese. It is beautiful there ! It is relatively quiet, not too many tourists if you compare with for example Zakynthos. Our villa was most complete, very easy to cook for ourselves, but there are also many tavernas in the neighbourhood. We were in Villa 6 with a fabulous view. It is most peaceful, you only hear the crickets and the pool. We had a wonderful holiday.
