We have two booking seasons for our villas, a Low Season and a High Season. During the Low Season it is also possible to rent a 4 persons villa for a maximum of 2 people.

A request will only be deemed a reservation once you have received a confirmation from us. A reservation will only be a binding reservation after a payment of 30% of the total amount has been received by us. One month prior to arrival the balance of 70% needs to have been received by us.

You communicate with Marjan (owner Kamaria Villas) and not with a computer.

The low season runs from 15 April to 30 June and from 1 September to 31 October.
In low season it is also possible to rent a 4-person villa at a reduced rate for up to 2 people.

The High Season runs from 01 July until 31 August

Till 8 weeks before arrival 100% refund of your down payment.
Till 6 weeks before arrival no refund of your down payment.
All other cancellations consult your travel insurance.
